Lake Norfork (north) recap 3/20/2016

Today was a brutal day on Lake Norfork. With winds gusting to 15 to 20 mph and temps barely reaching 45 deg. 6 anglers showed up to try and tough it out. Eli Powers took 1st place with 78.25 inches. Eli walked away with $70 cash and an awesome Manley Rod. He was throwing an Under Bite Custom Lures spinner bait and an Under Bite Custom Lures football jig with the spinner bait doing most of the work in the windy conditions. Nathan Bohannon was 2nd with 76 inches, winning $30 cash and $50 gift certificate from Ozark Mountain Trading company. Nathan  was using a Golden's Baits Trick Worm rigged on a shaky head. Mike Flowers rounded out the top three with 74.75 inches, taking $20 cash and a $25 gift certificate from Hidden Creek Outdoors. I would like to thank all who showed up to tough it out on a cold windy day. Our next tournament is April 17 on Bull Shoals lake. Also would like to thank all of our sponsors for their support.
